Lap Dog Griffin

AG Tim Griffin seems to have forgotten whose leash he’s on. 

It’s no secret that Griffin has been faithfully trailing behind Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, but his latest display of loyalty is kinda sad.

Griffin’s praise for Sanders’ trade delegation trip to east Asia reads more like a script handed to him by the Governor herself. 

The AG is one of Sanders’ most faithful lap dogs and is frequently found awaiting a pat on the head for regurgitating her talking points. 

Dogs want nothing more to please, after all.

But while Griffin is busy heaping praise on Sanders, we wonder if he’s forgotten his own job description. Last time we checked, the AG’s role wasn’t to act as the Governor’s foreign policy cheerleader.

To think he wanted to be governor himself… Griffin’s parroting of Sarah’s agenda speaks volumes about his own lack of initiative and independence.

The next time you see the AG trotting obediently behind Sanders, remember: he may think he’s her loyal companion, but to the rest of us, he’s just another lap dog in the Governor’s entourage.
