Evidence is mounting that a Youngkin-Sanders ticket will be pitched to GOP voters.

With the absolute shitshow that has been the Republican National Debates, all bets are off. Trump leads the party by double digits, even though he’s too busy in court to show up to the debates and too cowardly to face some voter accountability.

It’s not that far off to imagine Youngkin and Sanders would plot to be a secret third option. Glenn has been masquerading as one of the reasonable moderates (fleece vests! pressed khakis! coiffed hair!), while Sarah has spent her entire Governorship ramping up the worst of the right has to offer.

Youngkin pulls the moderates who are disillusioned by the current chaos of their current party, while Sarah shores up the MAGA extremists.

It’s also worth noting that Sarah hasn’t given so much as a whisper of support for her former boss even as he leads the pack. Awkward!

Why on earth would she be so withholding after all he’s done for her? And after big Daddy Huck doing all that heavy lifting to kiss up to Trump? 

Because she’s plotting and scheming from Paris, it seems, with her Virginia counterpart.

There is no question this would be a disaster for Arkansas. Leslie Rutledge would take over as Governor, and let’s not forget Rutledge signed onto crazy legal theories that would hamstring voter rights in Supreme Court filings. Worse in the short term, Sarah could continue to serve as Governor while running for Vice President and become an absentee executive, which would be the ultimate slap in the face to the people of Arkansas.

The truth is, she’s been slapping us in the face from day one.
